After Hours Medical Care

DOCS ON CALL is an after-hours medical clinic, established to provide patient care after normal office hours. It provides a cost-effective alternative to a hospital emergency room for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. Please call to make an appointment first, before arriving. DOCS ON CALL services are provided by appointment only.

DOCS ON CALL - after hours medical care clinic

A physician is always on staff to consult with triage nurses to determine whether a patient should be referred on to a hospital, should be seen at our facility that evening, or whether they can wait to see their primary physician the next day.

We consistently enjoy a very high level of patient satisfaction in our annual patient surveys in areas including provider care, communication, and ease of access.

You Don’t Need a Primary Care Provider

Docs On Call is extending its services to patients without established primary health care providers. A primary health care provider was required previously to get care at Docs On Call for follow up purposes. There are a number of people needing medical care who don’t have a primary care provider. Docs On Call has changed its policy. If a patient needs help finding a provider, Docs On Call will help patients find one. This would mean when you need to be seen for injuries or acute illness that you would go to your doctor for, you can call Docs On Call for those needs.  This would allow Emergency rooms time to see more life-threatening situations and allows you to be seen in a more timely manner. Docs On Call requires that you call them first before you come in and bring a list of any medications you may take.  Docs On Call does accept in-person visits and follow all CDC guidelines for infection prevention for outpatient settings.
