About Occupational Health & Wellness Connection

Occupational Health & Wellness Connection provides occupational health services to over 250 businesses in the Grand Valley. Our goal is to help employers keep their employees healthy and prevent injuries, while reducing their health care costs.

Our location at Fairmount Health Park offers our clients quality care and many services at one convenient site. Located in the same building are a physical therapy center, an eye clinic, a pharmacy, a diagnostic lab offering blood work and x-rays, and DOCS ON CALL, an after-hours facility. If your company is an Occupational Health & Wellness Connection client, you may access the services of DOCS ON CALL for non-life threatening injuries that occur after hours or on weekends.

Occupational Health & Wellness Connection can be reached by phone at 241-8630. We are located at 3150 N. 12th Street in Fairmount Health Park, and are open Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM.
