More than exercise or weight loss, if you are a smoker, quitting smoking (or chewing) is the single most important thing you can do to improve your health and reduce your risk of illness and loss of quality of life later.

Like any addiction, it’s not easy to quit, but we also know that the more motivated you are, the more successful you will be in kicking the habit.

Prepare yourself by preparing for the challenges you will face and the strategies you will use to overcome them.
