Medical Nutrition Therapy & Diabetes Education provides information addressing a wide range of health issues. If you have diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, weight loss issues, or other diet-related diseases or problems, you may benefit from a consultation with one of our certified educators. Maintaining a balanced diet, along with exercise, is a good way to prevent illness, and avoid costly medications and treatments later!

Vanessa Carter, Registered Dietician, graduated with a BS in Human Nutrition and Food Science with a concentration in Dietetics from Colorado State University. She completed her internship through the University of Northern Colorado. She counsels on nutrition related conditions, and has a special interest in maternal and child nutrition. She is also fluent in Spanish.
